AYUSH hospital software · naturopathy first

Write the plan once. The whole hospital runs on it.

Every prescription here is a timetable: diet, therapy, routines and yoga, hour by hour. Sign it once, and the therapy floor, the kitchen and the bill all run on it.

  • DPDP compliant
  • NABH and ABDM ready

Built on your own therapies and diet Then a free trial in your hospital

A day's treatment plan in Anmaya Care, signed at 7:40 am: hip bath, local mud pack, spinal bath, steam inhalation and effleurage massage, each with the time of day it is requested for.
One day of a stay, signed by the doctor. Demo hospital, sample patient.

The gap

Every hospital system was built for a hospital that isn't yours.

Conventional software assumes a prescription goes to a pharmacy and the patient goes home the same day. Yours goes to therapy rooms, the yoga hall and the kitchen, and the patient stays for three weeks.

The prescriptionMedicines, dispensed once at a counter.A timetable of therapies, routines, diet and yoga, changed after every round.
The visitOne consultation, notes, and home the same day.A stay of two to three weeks, treated every day.

The clinical assessment's section list: case record, past history, surgical history, family history, personal history, obstetrics and gynaecology history, allergies, current medication, physical examination, systemic examination, naturopathy diagnosis, diagnosis and sign-off. The naturopathy diagnosis section: facial diagnosis recorded as moderately built, fatigued, with central encumberance, followed by modality remarks for iris, pulse and tongue.

The chart

The vocabulary of the software is the vocabulary of the practice.

One chart per visit, with the sections a naturopathy physician actually works through — and naturopathy's own findings held as fields, not as notes typed into a box.

  • Case record and presenting complaints
  • Past, surgical, family, personal and obstetric history
  • Allergies and current medication
  • Physical and systemic examination
  • Facial diagnosis, iris, pulse and tongue
  • Diagnosis coded in WHO ICD-11 with TM2
  • Vitals and measurements through the stay
  • Investigations ordered and results held
  • Therapy, diet and yoga in one day's plan
  • Daily review, then a discharge summary that fills itself

From your plan to the floor

The plan you sign is the sheet your therapists work from.

  • Nobody copies it anywhere. Sign the day's plan and it appears on the therapy floor, patient by patient, slot by slot.
  • Therapists record what they delivered, or why they couldn't, with a reason.
  • You see the day as it stands, not at the next round.
The therapy delivery sheet for 20 September: floor progress 60 per cent recorded, five treatments in total, three delivered and two pending, each patient's treatments laid out by time of day.

Safety and your data

Clinical decisions stay with your doctors.

Signed, not just saved

Charts, plans and discharge summaries are signed by the practitioner. Anything added later is recorded as an addition, never written over the original.

Your data stays in India

Kept on servers in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Every time someone opens patient data, it is written to an audit trail.

Where AI fits

Anmaya Care does not practise medicine. We are building assistance that drafts and prepares, and every clinical word of it comes to a doctor to review and sign.
